Angie and Josh had talked about all the waterlife they had seen on their last trip here----stingrays, dolphins, even a shark. They have a picture from their lanai of a large shark pretty close to a lot of people. Only things we saw were these stingrays early in the morning one day.
so much color! And the most gorgeous weather---mid 80s and sunny.
Angie and Josh would drop Layla off with us in the early morning and go down to the beach to set up a dining fly for the day.
Layla would watch them and then we would make breakfast---eggs, pancakes or biscuits and gravy, bacon, fruit.
Layla being goofy
and we're off to the beach!!!! (Unfortunately Ken wasn't able to go to the beach, but I think he enjoyed the lanai).

As much as Layla talked about going to the beach, she didn't want to have any contact with it.
but she loved being under the dining fly and on the blanket
After a busy day on the beach, it was time for another beautiful sunset. I had gone to the grocery store while Layla and the kids were napping and picked up stuff to make for dinner---spaghetti and hamburger. We all had dinner in our room and watched another day come to an end.
If I had more energy, I would have liked to walk to this pier for pictures, but not this time.
Sun setting---looking East

Layla still admiring the views.
Day 2 coming to an end. Oh yeah---the Duchesne house went on the market today and they had an open house. 8 or 9 groups went through it. Not sure if they were all investors, but that's what I expected. Offers are expected!
